Student Representative Council

The SRC of Berkeley Vale Campus is a group of students, from year 7-10, that are elected to represent the students of the school. Our SRC members work together to represent the student body in whole school decision making. Students work together, with the help of the SRC coordinator to improve school life and to contribute student ideas.

There are members elected from each year group to become active members of the SRC. These students will liaise with their peers and staff on school issues. They meet each week to discuss any ideas bought forth and try their very best to respond to student initiatives and ideas.

The SRC focus on school and community issues, charity fundraising, environmental issues, school improvement, social gatherings and school participation and spirit.

The SRC has a vision to make all students time at this school enjoyable, worthwhile and comfortable.  They endeavour to do this by having confident and approachable people representing the student body who will listen and take ideas on board.

So far this year, the SRC Team have been involved in organising fund raising and the BVC School Dance Party which was a great success. They raised funds for the Year 10 Celebration Dinner and for a charity to help underpriveldged students.
